6 - Stakeholder Map

What is it?

A tool to help you find key stakeholders on your innovation project. It helps you define the level of influence and interest they have and, based on that, helps you consider and select the best engagement approach.

When to use it?

Consider completing this as a project team either during the kick off but remember, this is the first stage. Make sure you also consider how you’ll engage each of your stakeholders, or stakeholder groups as you move through the process
