What is it?
A way to categorise and share what you’ve heard from your target audience about their wants and needs.
It’s a tool to help generate ideas, not a perfect representation of an audience segment.
When to use it?
After your first round of audience insight - but a persona is never finished. You will be continuously updating it as you gather more insights.
